The Jelovica company ensures and undertakes to respect and protect personal data as confidential in accordance with the applicable legislation. The Jelovica company will not disclose personal data to third parties or unauthorized individuals and will use it solely for the purpose for which it was collected.
Electronic newsletter
If a user chooses to subscribe to the electronic newsletter list via the Get in touch form, they agree to receive the Jelovica company’s electronic newsletters. A user who selects the option “Yes, I want to receive information about products, services, promotions, special offers, news and events” in the Get in touch form confirms and agrees that the Jelovica company may use their email address for notifications about updates, offers, discounts, promotional activities, event, and for sending relevant business communications and statistical processing.
When a user subscribes to the electronic newsletter, the Jelovica company only collects the email address entered into the Get in touch form. The Jelovica company processes this data solely for the purposes of providing information about updates, offers, discounts, promotional activities, events and for sending relevant business communications and statistical analysis.
If, at any time, the user wishes to unsubscribe from future emails, the instructions for unsubscribing are available at the bottom of each email, or the user can contact us via our website. The email address is stored until the user unsubscribes from the electronic newsletter.
When filling out the Get in touch form, the user must indicate that they agree to Jelovica using their email address to send electronic newsletters as described above and that they understand they can unsubscribe at any time. The user can unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link provided at the bottom of each email. If the user does not indicate agreement with the newsletter terms, the Jelovica company will not send notifications to their email address, nor will it collect or process their email address.
